Your child is bright, capable, and full of potential.Let's find a way in.
Freeform Studio helps children and teens step away from screens, get present, and start opening up through hands-on, real-world experiences guided by a licensed therapist.
Serving children and teens in Stillwater, Minnesota and surrounding communities.

You already know something needs to change.
Whether it started recently or has been going on for years, you can see your child needs something different.
- Glued to screens, checked out from the world around them
- Anxious, overwhelmed, or shutting down
- Can't focus, can't sit still, can't be present
- Acting out or pulling away, and nothing seems to help
- Going through something difficult and struggling to process it
- Tried traditional therapy, but it didn't stick

A different kind of therapy.
At Freeform Studio, kids don't sit in a chair and talk about their feelings. They get their hands dirty. They build things, make art, explore the outdoors, and work with real materials in a real space. In the process, they start to open up.
Every session is tailored to the child in front of Rose. Some days it's clay and paint. Some days it's a walk along the creek. Some days it's building something from scratch. The method changes. The intention doesn't: get kids present, engaged, and working through what they're carrying.
Real experiences. Real growth.
Meet Rose
Rose Sexton is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master's in Counseling and an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She's worked with every kind of kid: the ones who won't stop talking and the ones who won't start, the restless ones and the guarded ones.
She reads what a child needs and meets them there. No script, no standard protocol. Just the right experience at the right moment. That might look completely different from one session to the next.

Your child can get to a better place.
Whether your child is dealing with screens, anxiety, focus challenges, a difficult diagnosis, or years of feeling stuck, I'd welcome the chance to talk about whether Freeform Studio might be a good fit.
